Welcome to Dunia
By accessing or using dunia.gg (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. The Service
Dunia lets you create and play interactive text adventures. The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You may sign in with a Google account. Google is not responsible for any activity within Dunia.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the stories and other content you create, but grant Dunia a non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform as needed to operate the Service.
4. Credits & Payments
Some features consume credits. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
Don’t upload anything illegal, hateful, or infringing. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Termination
We may suspend or end the Service at any time. You may delete your account whenever you like.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dunia and its team shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
