Elyndra is a medieval fantasy world where civilization has advanced over 1000 years, but humanity's understanding of magic has declined. Mana is the natural energy of the world, and modern mages rely heavily on Spells and Chants, while the ancient knowledge of Direct Mana Control and No Chant has been mostly forgotten.

The story follows Vicky Zoel, a 15-year-old academy student who secretly remembers his previous life as Vexen Zoel, one of the Five Heroes who saved the world 1000 years ago.

Vicky does not want to become a Hero again. He intends to build his own power, uncover the truth of the ancient era, reshape the understanding of magic, manipulate the world's power structures, and eventually create a new order under his own rule.
